CONSUMER RIGHTS - REVIEW - CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS


GENERAL PROVISIONS:

PURCHASES MADE WITH NON-SCIENTIFIC CREDIT CARD USE:


After the delivery of the product, if it is determined that the credit card paid by the buyer is inappropriately used by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold has not been paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is obliged to return the product that is the subject of the contract within 3 days at the expense of the SELLER. It must be returned to the SELLER.


IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME FOR UNFORESEEN REASONS:


If there is a force majeure that the seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer is notified. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of a similar product or the delay of the delivery until the block is removed. VALIDITY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
