What you need to know before booking

The balloon flight is carried out only under good weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to the weather, a refund or transfer to another day is possible.

The tour is suitable for all ages, but it is recommended to have comfortable shoes, as hiking on uneven surfaces is coming.

Underground cities have narrow passages and stairs - people with claustrophobia are advised to take this into account when booking.

If you arrive early in the morning, check-in at the hotel is possible after the tour (baggage can be left at the hotel).

Take a hat, sunglasses and cream with you - it can be very hot in the summer.

Tours are conducted in small groups for more comfortable service.
